Offering a design solution to bring the sitting area into proportion with the rest of the property. Following on from the necessary design scheme CAD drawings along with the necessary local authority approval, a detailed schedule of works was prepared for tendering purposes, this gave clarity to the items to be included withion the build budget. After a successfuly tender, the work was carried out on time and very much on budget.
