The Pines is a complete property overhaul with the inclusion of a first floor extension above an existing double garage. The internal layout will offer an open plan arranagement to the kitchen / diner incorporating structural alterations. The first floor will now have a master bed en-suite as well as the second bedroom benefitting from an en-suite in addition to the new family bathroom, a study has also been introduced to the first floor.
The overall aesthetics needed to change from a seventies feel to a more contemporary and modern appearance but still maintaining a sympathetic approach to the overall wider area.
