A new development in the heart of Micheldever Village that requires a two storey extension to the rear providing additional floor space to the existing kitchen and bedrooms, the side to have a single level utility extension and a linked double garage.
Peter Tesar Architectural Design Limited have provided everything from the initial design scheme through to project management. The location being in a conservation area, planning needed to be sympathetic to the surrounding area. Following a successful planning and conservation application, building regulation approval was achieved followed by providing a schedule of works which accompanied the design scheme for a select tender process. Four tenders had been sought and the successful principal contractor nominated, the contract being awarded to ASP Murphy builders. We have worked along side Steve and his team on numerous building projects previously and have every confidence that this project will be as successful as all before.
This page will follow the progress through it’s stages to completion….. Watch this space!
