A unique piled foundation project that is nicely nestled to the side of an existing house offering ground floor Annex accommodation. Being located adjacent to the river Anton, the foundation construction was designed to be piles to avoid any disturbance or unnecessary envirnomental issues to the river also avoiding unwanted water level issues.
For this project, the services taken on board were design consultation, design scheme, planning, building regulations, schedule of works, select tender process & project management.
Builders contracted for the build were G&R Cousins.
