This large family house is set within a small hamlet of houses within Fyfield village, built recently to a good standard and with good character however, the conservatory to the rear elevation was in need of a redesign so that it was more condusive for all year round usage, this along with the conversion of one of the garage bays into a boot room with an up stairs office layout was carried out recently.
Keeping the design aspects of this property was imperative as was the final aesthetics both internally and externally. The services provided for this project were design & consultancy, building regulation approval, Initial Cost Plan ( project estimation ), build consultancy.
