The initial design scheme required for this side extension to Sarson Mill covered a range services, starting with the initial design consultation to achieving planning & building regulations. We skillfully negotiated our way through planning dealing with and appeasing conservation, tree officers, environment agency and flood risk mitigation. Building regulations required we provide necessary supporting structural details which then finalised our approval.
Project management was also undertaken.
