Building Design and Planning

A newly constructed dwelling that required additional living space to accommodate a growing family. An Orangery was designed to provide a sun room from the kitchen / diner which offered a room with both space and views.

This project was designed with not only longevity in mind but also for the future proposal of a roof terrace leading out from the master bedroom, materials such as an Elastomeric roof covering and the Parapet wall had all been specifically introduced for such.

In addition to the Orangery, a loft conversion was equally designed with a matching open Oak staircase leading up to a spacious double bedroom with opening French doors and an en-suite, also a much needed large storage room (or 6th Bedroom).

Peter was very professional, helpful and great value for money! His design for our extension was perfect and clearly took into account our own wishes and aspirations. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and colleagues.
