Bentworth is set within a conservation area and offers a huge amount of architectural character and features all of which have been carried forward into the proposed design scheme. A full design management scheme has been carried out which include an initial cost plan, schedule of works, planning permission, building regulation approval, tender invitation process, nominating a principal contractor and project management.
